| Features | 1. Allows for splice variants checking (primer pairs can be either designed to target all splice variants or only one transcript form) and user can select the organism and its transcriptome for which the primers has to be designed.
2. In addition primer pairs can be classified as bad, acceptable, good and very good by using color codes, user can store primer data in public server for one month, can add multiple transcripts as input for primer designing.
3. Under customization users can allow the tool to design primers with or without SNP.
